COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM
At Dwell, we feel passionate about this not only being the place people live,
but the place where people can belong and thrive! We have lots of
opportunities for residents to connect with neighbors and staff. Every month we
host a property wide event ranging from family festivals, to dive in
movies at the pool, to beer and wine tastings. We also offer multiple weekly and monthly activities for neighbors to attend. These include English as a Second Language classes, Book Clubs, Art Nights, A Mom’s Club and more!

Programming for children is one of our specialties. Although each property offers different programs, some of our most popular programs include our after-school programs, tutoring in math and reading, Fun Fridays (after school snack and activity) mentoring groups, summer camps, school break camps, and breakfasts at the bust stop
WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU
Community Coordinators are also available to support residents in specific areas of individual needs.
They also run clothing closets and food pantries for residents that are open to the community once a month or by appointment. Community Coordinators are also available to support residents in specific areas of individual need. We believe that a large part of building a sense of community is through relationship building.& personal interaction. Our Community Coordinators would love to get to know you, whether that is helping you write a resume, lending a listening ear or grabbing a meal together.
